Stone Island for man

Stone Island is the brainchild of Massimo Osti, and was established in Modena in 1982 originally as a secondary line to his main brand C.P. Company. The brand’s designs are led by their extensive and innovative research into fibers and textiles to make their pieces truly functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. Their Tela Stella (two-sided and two-tone truck tarpaulin that had to undergo heavy stone-wash procedures as it was so rigid and full-bodied) was used to create seven jackets. The design of the jackets was based on the functionality and structure of military uniforms, with the addition of their iconic badge held on by two buttons, acting as the insignia of a military captain. Since then the brand has gone on to develop other cutting-edge fabrics like Raso Gommato, Thermosensitive fabric, Rubber Wool, and Reflective fabric.
